The WRC found that an employee had received details of their employment terms and rejected their complaint under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act. The decision was dated 23 November 2016. The employee said they had never received a contract and had requested one three times. The state agency said it had issued a contract and later provided a role letter and staff handbook. The adjudicator found the documents showed the employee had received details of their terms, and said another copy of the handbook should be provided.
