The WRC set redress at zero in a catering worker’s unfair dismissal case, saying the matter had already been disposed of in a related case, ADJ 2727. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee dated the decision 2 May 2017. The worker said she was told her position had been given to someone else when she was certified fit to return to work. The firm argued the claim was out of time and said she had declined an opportunity to appeal the dismissal.
