The Workplace Relations Commission recommended that a tech company address a software analyst’s grievances through one-to-one meetings with Human Resources if she returned to work within six months. The decision was dated 22 March 2017. The analyst raised concerns about pay review criteria, a pay increase and career opportunities. The company said she was paid at the higher end of the scale and a review was anticipated. The adjudication officer did not recommend compensation because internal dispute procedures had not been used for the three aspects of her claim.
