The WRC ordered a food manufacturing employer to pay a worker €1,384 after finding that it provided her written terms of employment more than two months after she began work. The decision was dated 17 May 2017. The worker’s complaints about annual leave and public holiday pay were not well founded: the WRC found that outstanding annual leave had been paid and that she received more than her public holiday entitlement.
