A staff officer and a health services provider agreed to progress an evaluation of her workload through the job-evaluation process as soon as possible, the Workplace Relations Commission recorded in a decision dated 12 June 2017. The worker said she had taken on substantial duties from two unfilled posts since 2009 and was not told about the regularisation process until it was nearing its end. The provider had no objection to the evaluation proceeding promptly.
