The WRC found that a waitress’s constructive dismissal, annual leave and public holiday complaints against a pub and restaurant were not well founded in a decision dated 24 April 2017. The officer found that the worker had not used the external consultant offered to help resolve the workplace dispute. Records showed that she was paid for 10 days of annual leave in the period considered, while payments recorded in June and July 2016 included public holiday pay.
