The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a warehouse worker €4,846.20 for unpaid wages in a decision dated 7 June 2017. The worker also received €356 for notice, €300 for Sunday premium, and €584 for annual leave loss plus €300 compensation. The warehouse distributor did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator accepted the worker’s uncontested evidence and found the four decided complaints well founded. The National Minimum Wage complaint was withdrawn at the hearing.
