The WRC recommended that a security company pay a security man €600 over lost Sunday premiums. The recommendation was dated 4 May 2017. The worker had worked about two Sundays in every three before the security contract transferred in November 2014, but then worked every second Sunday. An agreement in July 2016 accepted the changed roster going forward; he sought €826 for the earlier loss. The company said its transfer information did not show the claimed pattern and that it had not received requested payslips from the six months before the transfer. The officer said payslips showed the worker had worked about two Sundays in every three before the transfer and recommended €600 compensation.
