The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a warehouse worker €2,506.38 after upholding his complaint over unpaid wages and holiday pay. Adjudication Officer Emer O’Shea dated the decision 12 June 2017. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The worker said he was owed €1,806.38 in wages and €350 in holiday pay when his employment ended. He also said he was owed one week’s notice. The adjudicator accepted his uncontested evidence and found the complaint well founded.
