The WRC dismissed an operative’s complaint about written employment terms as out of time; the merits were not decided. The operative said he started work in June 2011 but did not receive written terms until 1 August 2014. The WRC found the alleged contravention occurred before that date and the complaint was outside the six-month time limit.
