The Workplace Relations Commission found a factory worker’s annual-leave complaint against an accommodation and food-services employer not well founded. The decision was dated 11 May 2017. The worker confirmed at the hearing that he had received €674.87 for accrued annual leave after his employment ended. The employer provided payment evidence, and the WRC found that the worker’s leave entitlement had been paid.
