It also granted her a redundancy lump-sum entitlement after finding the shop had ceased operating. The decision was dated 15 February 2018. The manager said the owner abandoned the shop without paying redundancy, notice or leave entitlements. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The redundancy calculation used gross weekly pay of €528 and was subject to insurable employment.
