The WRC recommended that an Administrator of a GP training unit review its informal-meeting procedures after a programme administrator complained about a short-notice meeting. The recommendation was dated 7 November 2017. The programme administrator said she received only 15 minutes’ notice of a meeting about support for her role and felt taken aback by suggestions that her work was inadequate. The employer said the meeting was informal and intended to discuss support. The WRC found the meeting was intended to offer support, but said more notice and an agenda should have been provided. It recommended that the employer set guidelines for both.
