The WRC awarded a café assistant €350 after finding that a bakery & café failed to provide her with a written employment contract within two months of her starting work. The decision was dated 21 June 2017. The officer found no breach over written notification of changes to the contract. The complaint did not allow the officer to investigate matters relating to the end of her employment.
