The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed seven complaints after the complainant did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 3 May 2018; the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned written employment terms, industrial relations, part-time work and fixed-term work. The WRC recorded that the complainant had been notified and that it received no explanation for her absence.
