The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed a sales assistant’s six complaints for lack of prosecution after she missed two hearing opportunities. The decision was dated 16 November 2017. The claims concerned redundancy, minimum notice, working time and wages. The complainant did not attend either hearing, and all six complaints failed. The merits were not decided.
