The Workplace Relations Commission found that the limited company named in a linked case was the truck driver’s correct respondent. It issued no decision against a haulage company in this case. The driver had brought ten complaints about employment terms, working time, dismissal, wages, redundancy and road transport working time against the company and named individuals after his solicitor said he was unsure which respondent was correct.
