The Workplace Relations Commission declined jurisdiction over a worker’s Industrial Relations and Payment of Wages complaints because she named the incorrect respondent. The decision was dated 23 August 2017; the merits were not decided. Both sides confirmed that the correct respondent was the company named in parallel complaints under ADJ 7431. The WRC had heard those complaints on 6 July 2017 and issued a decision.
