The WRC ordered an engineering company to pay a software engineer €6,045 net after finding his Payment of Wages complaint well founded. The decision was dated 11 July 2017. The engineer said he had not been paid for November and December 2016. The adjudication officer treated the two complaint references as duplicates and dealt with the first only, relying on uncontested evidence.
