The WRC ordered an engineering company to pay a software engineer €12,177 net after finding his Payment of Wages complaint well founded. Adjudication Officer Michael Hayes dated the decision 11 July 2017.
The engineer said he had not received wages for November and December 2016 and February 2017. The finding was based on uncontested evidence at the hearing.
