The WRC ordered an engineering company to pay a software engineer €9,034.29 net after finding his Payment of Wages complaint well founded. Adjudication Officer Michael Hayes dated the decision 11 July 2017. The engineer said wages for November and December 2016 and February 2017 had not been paid. The adjudication officer treated the three references as one complaint and based the finding on uncontested evidence.
