The WRC recommended that a hospital grievance return to the local procedure after stage four had not been completed. The recommendation, dated 31 July 2017, did not decide the grievance itself. The hospital administrator had raised a grievance about her treatment at work. The officer recommended that the parties enter stage four and appoint an independent investigator, with the hospital paying the cost. If the dispute remained unresolved, they were to proceed to stage five, a WRC referral.
