The WRC found that kitchen factory owed a Polisher €220 in unpaid wages and €325.60 for accrued annual leave, and directed it to pay a further €200 in compensation for the annual-leave breach. Adjudication Officer Rosaleen Glackin dated the decision 25 October 2017. The Polisher said his final two days’ wages and accrued leave had not been paid when his employment ended. Kitchen factory did not attend the hearing. On the Polisher’s uncontested evidence, the officer found both complaints well founded.
