The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a driver €750 after finding that his written terms were provided outside the required two-month period and were not signed by the employer. The decision was dated 5 December 2017. The company said it issued a statement dated 13 March 2017. The adjudicator declared the complaint well founded and directed payment of compensation within 42 days.
