The Workplace Relations Commission found a worker’s disability discrimination complaint against a public sector recruitment agency was out of time and that it had no jurisdiction. The WRC said the agency’s decision refusing a request to resit a recruitment test was the last alleged act, on 27 October 2015. The complaint was lodged in May 2017; the decision was dated 26 April 2018.
