The Workplace Relations Commission recommended that a service provider contact an employee’s union and agree terms for addressing workplace issues within six weeks. The recommendation was dated 5 April 2018. The employee said the company had not responded to complaints about bullying and harassment submitted by the union. The adjudication officer found no reason to overturn the earlier investigations, which had found no evidence of bullying, but noted a long delay in following up on other issues raised by the union.
