The restaurant confirmed the contract provided for one week’s notice and that it had not given that notice. Both sides also confirmed the chef had not been paid for Easter Monday, 17 April 2017. The chef’s annual leave and separate minimum notice complaints were withdrawn at the hearing; the parties confirmed his accrued annual leave had been paid.
