The Workplace Relations Commission recommended an independent evaluation of a nurse’s Public Health Liaison nurse role after she sought regrading to Clinical nurse Manager 2. The recommendation was dated 17 April 2018. The nurse said her duties had expanded since 2008, while the health care provider said she was correctly graded and paid. The adjudication officer found that the role had expanded and recommended that, if an evaluation found it appropriate to the CNM2 grade, the position should be advertised under nationally agreed recruitment practices.
