The WRC dismissed a shop worker’s redundancy payment complaint for want of prosecution after the worker did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. The worker had been properly notified, and the matters had already been the subject of an earlier adjudication decision. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee dated the decision 3 May 2018.
