The WRC dismissed an employee’s minimum-notice complaint after he did not attend the hearing or contact the Commission beforehand. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan dated the decision 10 May 2018. The respondent employer also did not attend. The complaint failed because the employee did not attend; the merits were not decided.
