The Workplace Relations Commission directed an employer to pay a worker €652 for unpaid final-week wages and €326 for unpaid annual leave and public holiday entitlements. The decision was dated 15 March 2018. The employer did not attend the hearing. The worker’s claim for unfair dismissal was withdrawn without prejudice to bringing fresh proceedings.
