The recommendation was dated 22 February 2018. The officer found that no interim review took place in April 2014, although the worker received a rating in October. The worker sought a consistent appraisal process, not a higher grade. The recommendation says the previous year’s grade should apply until an interim appraisal is completed at the usual time.
