The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a doorman €524.16 for unpaid annual leave, €210 for unpaid public holiday pay and €360 in compensation after his nightclub employer failed to attend the hearing. The decision was dated 27 March 2018. The worker said he had not received annual leave or public holiday entitlements during his employment from October 2013 to June 2017 and sought outstanding amounts for his final six months.
