The Workplace Relations Commission ordered a restaurant to pay a waiter €300 in lieu of notice, €412.75 gross in holiday pay and €800 compensation for a working-time breach. The decision was dated 20 November 2017. The waiter said he was dismissed without notice and received no holiday pay. The respondent did not attend. The adjudication officer found both complaints well founded.
