The Workplace Relations Commission found a bartender was entitled to statutory redundancy pay after the bar and restaurant where he worked in Wicklow closed. The decision was dated 3 April 2018. The entitlement was based on weekly wages of €387.12 and service from 3 April 2010 to 10 March 2017. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
