The Workplace Relations Commission found a bartender was entitled to statutory redundancy pay after the bar and restaurant where he worked in Wicklow closed. The decision was dated 3 April 2018. The entitlement was based on weekly wages of €232.63 and service from 1 January 2011 to 24 February 2017. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
