The Workplace Relations Commission found that an employee’s three complaints against an employer were not well founded. The decision was dated 14 May 2018. She said rosters were changed at short notice, her duties went beyond receptionist work and she was asked to work late hours. The adjudicator found the claimed €800 related to contractual hours she had not worked, rather than a deduction from wages. The contract met the written-terms requirements, and because her employment lasted less than a month, no breach was found over changes to her terms. There was no evidence that night work was part of the job.
