The WRC recommended that a health service employer urgently investigate a chef’s complaints under its dignity at work policy and complete the investigation within two months. The recommendation was dated 31 May 2018. The chef said complaints she had raised from 2011 onward had not been processed and that action points agreed at a meeting in August 2017 had not been implemented. The employer’s representative attended the hearing but said he had no instructions on the case.
