WRC finds Traveller accommodation complaint out of time

The Workplace Relations Commission found that a Traveller community member’s Equal Status complaint about the family’s accommodation needs was brought outside the time limit. The complaint was statute-barred, and the merits were not decided. The decision was dated 10 August 2023.
