The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Brian Healy €1,010 after finding Pilvine Ltd trading as Positive Signs had not given him written employment terms when he started work. The decision, dated 9 August 2023, found his other complaints not well founded. Healy said he had been left off work, lost access to a company van and was unfairly dismissed. The WRC also rejected his complaints about layoff and redundancy payments, finding the dismissal was due to redundancy.
