The Workplace Relations Commission found two of Jonas Oscar Folgado De La Rosa’s complaints against BAE Systems Applied Intelligence not well founded. A third was brought outside the time limit, leaving the WRC without jurisdiction to hear it; the merits were not decided. His Equal Status complaint was withdrawn.
