The Workplace Relations Commission found Kevin Browne’s unfair dismissal and employment equality complaints against Uninest Dublin Limited not well founded after he did not attend the resumed hearing to give evidence. The decision was dated 7 February 2023. Browne had complained that he was unfairly dismissed and discriminated against or victimised. The WRC found he was not unfairly dismissed and that there was no discrimination or victimisation. As he did not attend to give sworn evidence, the merits were not decided.
