The Workplace Relations Commission found that An Post did not engage in prohibited conduct in two complaints by Catherine Dunne about alleged disability discrimination and harassment at a post office counter. The decision was dated 13 January 2023. The complaints concerned incidents on 3 and 7 December 2020. The adjudication officer found that the post office operators had not engaged in discrimination or harassment, so An Post could not be held vicariously liable for their conduct.
