The Workplace Relations Commission found against Roberto Alamazani on his Equal Status complaint against Owen P. Keegan after Alamazani did not attend the hearing on 7 November 2023. The WRC decision, dated 15 November 2023, said he had presented no evidence and concluded the investigation; the merits were not decided.
