The Workplace Relations Commission found 11 complaints by Juri Zelkovski against K-Tech Security Ltd not well founded. They concerned breaks, Sunday pay, wages, holidays, working hours, employment information and alleged age discrimination. The WRC said the relevant period ran from 7 to 17 March 2021, and found the employer’s evidence and records showed no breach during that period. The decision was dated 25 October 2023.
