The Workplace Relations Commission found that a healthcare worker had been poorly treated but had not established discrimination on race or disability grounds. The decision, dated 28 June 2023, concerned a transfer, occupational health referrals and deployment; no victimisation was found either. The provider said the transfer reflected service needs, including driving requirements and staffing. The adjudicator criticised the delayed and deficient grievance process, but found insufficient evidence linking the treatment to race or disability and no evidence of victimisation. None of the complaints was upheld.
