By Donal Gilhooly

Workplace Relations Commission ·

The WRC found a worker’s public holiday complaint was brought outside the time limit and was not well founded; the merits were not decided. The decision was dated 13 November 2023. After the hearing, the company paid her €1,816.35 for outstanding annual leave and six public holidays. She had also sought a €4,625 bonus, but those payment matters were not part of the complaint referred to the WRC.
