The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found four complaints by Daniel O'Donnell against Novartis Ringaskiddy not well founded after he did not attend the hearing. The WRC decision was dated 5 July 2023; the merits were not decided. One complaint concerned the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. The other three concerned minimum notice. The adjudication officer said O'Donnell had notice of the hearing and that there was a lack of evidence.
