The Workplace Relations Commission found Michael Joseph Carmody’s complaints against DPPS DPPS not well founded after he did not attend a hearing in Cork. The decision was dated 31 July 2023. Carmody said he had been unpaid or underpaid for seven days of work in March and April 2022 and had not received a daily rest period. The respondent did not file a defence or appear. The WRC found both complaints not well founded after Carmody did not attend to present evidence; the merits were not decided.
