The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by gym assistant Andrew Keogh not well founded after he did not attend the hearing. The decision, dated 26 July 2023, says the evidence could not be heard; the merits were not decided. Keogh's complaints concerned mobile road transport working-time rules, written employment terms, unpaid wages and Sunday payments. He claimed €237.15 in unpaid wages for June 2022 and said he had not received written terms or Sunday payments. The respondent, Evan Galvin Fitness Ltd trading as Evcore Gym, emailed a rejection of the road transport claim and provided time records, but did not attend to give evidence.
